Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The provided personal data are collected for the performance of activities referred in the contractual agreements linked to the realization of flexographic printing equipment and of sleeve production, including ancillary and auxiliary activities (namely accountancy, administrative, organizational and managerial) and for the fulfilment of statutory obligations. Besides, the data provided are also collected for promotional purposes, for marketing and for monitoring and analyzing of the degree of satisfaction of the customer, dispatch of newsletters, and so on…
They are the common personal data acquired by the customer for the management of the contractual relationship (registry, address, telephone, mail, technical data on contracts, and so on). The processing of further particular categories of personal data is not anticipated (article 9 of the EU Regulation).
Categories of recipients of the personal data
The treated data can be communicated: to the internal manager and/or the designate entrusted to processing the data, to external societies for computer and for fiscal assistance, bookkeeping, administrative assistance. The data, limitedly to competence, may also be communicated to any third-party companies and professionals involved in the management of the contractual relationship.
We also inform you that Digital Flex benefits from cloud computing application services in EU countries, web platforms, providers of electronic mails at data centers within the European Economic Area (EEA).
The data, except for specific fulfillments of law obligations, are not transferred to further companies and third countries, to those countries which do not give adequate guarantees regarding the data processing.
Data retention Period
The collected data will be processed by electronic tools or in any case in an automated, computer and telematic way, or by manual elaboration within a logic strictly correlated to the purposes for which the personal data have been collected, to guarantee the safety of the same. The processing of the data will have lasted from the stipulation of the contractual relationship up to the exhaustion of the contract, plus 10 years (to allow the performance of legal and fiscal fulfilments).
The fundamental rights of the party are specified in the arts. 15 (access), 16 (rectification), 17 (right to oblivion) and 18 (treatment limitation) of the EU regulation 679/2016. To exercise its rights, the concerned party can send a written application to the following PEC address: email@example.com. The controller will inform the party about the receipt and will give succession to the application within 72 working hours. To the senses of art. (19) the application concerning the rights of which in the Art. 16, 17 and 18 shall be transmitted by the controller and/or by the internal manager.
Right to complain to a supervisory authority
The concerned party also has the right to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
Necessity and consequences of a possible refusal to disclose personal data
Failure to provide the data for the above-mentioned finalities will prevent the controller from managing the contractual relationship and sending the requested information.
