The work process follows the latest principles of quality and safety thanks to digital systems, wide spaces, ergonomic and synergic solutions among the various departments. Some “clusters”, aka working groups combining the technical / trading qualities of our customer service people with the technical and operative ones of our graphic department people, monitor the workflow from its entrance till the delivery to the customer.

The progress of the different processing phases takes place thanks to the incoming information and the daily telephone contacts with printers, graphic studios and packaging managers, both in Italy and abroad.

It is a circular management that allows from one side a faster response and, at the same time, more precision and a better management of the peaks of work; from the other side people are more satisfied because they feel involved in the whole working process, a sort of combination of commercial and technical experts, thanks to the continuous sharing of the project in the various stages of its execution, to the customer feedback and to the resolution of problems included.
